The Chesed Fund Limited is an organization working to provide support and help to the Baltimore community in any type of crisis. Launched by Frank Storch, the group now has numerous employees and volunteers, and has significantly improved community safety and response efforts.
Just last month it helped hundreds of people through the Derecho storm crisis:
